Carrot Tofu Salad (Shira-ae) Macrobiotic Recipe
- 1 Carrot
- 100 grams Firm tofu
- 2 tbsp Unsalted peanut butter
- 1 Salt (for scrubing the carrot)
- 1/2 tsp plus Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- Julienne the carrot and lightly scrub with salt.
- Squeeze out the excess water, and sprinkle with vinegar.
- Mix the lightly drained tofu, peanut butter, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the carrot into the Step 2 bowl, mix well, and done.
