Foil Fowl

• 4 whole Chicken Breasts
• 4 whole Large Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
• 1 package (about 1 Oz. Envelope) Taco Seasoning
• 1- 1/2 cup Salsa
• 1 cup Shredded Cheese Of Your Choice

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
2. Tear off 4 good-sized pieces of foil and lay on top of each other.
3. Place 1/4 of the diced potatoes on the first piece of foil.
4. Layer one chicken breast on top of the potatoes.
5. Sprinkle liberally with taco seasoning.
6. Coat the chicken breast evenly with approximately 1/3 cup salsa.
7. Sprinkle with cheese, as much or as little as you like.
8. Seal the top and sides to make a packet.
9. Repeat the process for the remaining chicken breasts.
10. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes to an hour depending on how large the breasts are.
11. Remove, open and eat!
