Homemade Pancake Mix

  1. Place a bowl on a scale.
  2. Combine sugar, salt, baking powder and corn starch.
  3. Then add the cake flour until the total weight is 200 g.
  4. Mix with a whisk very well and it's done!
  5. I make 2-3 bags of pancake mix and store it in Ziploc bags.
  6. Use it up before the moisture gets in them.
  7. Combine 200 g pancake mix, 1 egg, 150 ml milk, and 5 drops of vanilla oil.
  8. They're fluffy and comforting.
  9. Mix 200 g pancake mix, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of milk, 20 g melted butter, and 5 drops of vanilla oil.
  10. Deep fry in 340F/170C oil.
  11. It's crispy on the outside and soft inside.
  12. A classic snack!
  13. Mix 200 g pancake mix, 2 eggs, 150 ml milk, 30 g melted butter, a little vanilla oil.
  14. It won't be fluffy if you overcook it, so watch out!
  15. Serve with syrup of your choice.
