Beef Jerky 3 Recipe
- 1 x Flank steak
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 1 dsh Salt
- Put steak in freezer for about half an hour, just till hard.
- Slice steak across grain, about 1/4-inch thick.
- Combine remaining ingredients and marinate steak strips in this for at least 2 hrs.
- Place slices on rack in pan and dry in oven at 150 degrees, 12 hrs.
- Makes 1 batch.
