Asparagus in Paradise
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed of ends and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- olive oil
- 12 cup whole almond
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 teaspoon lemongrass, sliced
- 14-12 teaspoon grains of paradise
- seasoning salt, to taste
- In a hot pan heat enough oil to coat bottom of pan add almond and stir for one minute.
- Remove almonds and set aside.
- Add remaining ingredients to pan and stir fry till asparagus is just tender.
- Add back the almonds and stir to combine.
- Enjoy.
