Triple Batch Pumpkin Bread Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour choice of pan.
  3. Mix dry ingredients together.
  4. Sift into another bowl and then back again so which they are sifted twice.
  5. Add in sifted dry ingredients to egg mix a c. at a time and stir well being careful which there are no lumps.
  6. Immediately pour into pans and put into oven.
  7. Bake according to the following lengths of time:

  9. 9x13" cake pan - 50 to 60 min.
  10. 2.
  11. 3 loaf pans - 45 to 55 min.
  12. 3.
  13. Bundt pan - 45 to 55 min.
  14. 4.
  15. Muffin pans - 20 min.
  16. CHECK FOR DONENESS
  17. Cold on wire racks then wrap tightly to keep.
  18. Freezes excellently.
