Microwave Stuffed Peppers Recipe
- 4 peppers, tops removed & seeded
- 1 pound lean hamburg
- 1 c. Minute Rice
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- Arrange peppers in a 13"x9" microwave proof Pyrex dish.
- Combine all ingredients, except tomato sauce, in a separate bowl and mix together well.
- Divide this mix among peppers.
- Pour tomato sauce over.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Cook on High heat in microwave for 20 to 22 min till peppers are tender and meat no longer red.
- Let stand 10 min.
