Hot Dog Sauce/ Base

• 2 lbs ground turkey or 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 (16 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce (use whatever brand you like)
• 1 large tomatoes, diced (or 1 14oz. can of diced tomatoes drained)
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 12 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons diced jalapenos

1. Brown the meat and drain the excess fat.
2. combine all the ingredients in a pot.
3. simmer for ab 30 - 45 mins.
