Chrysanthemum Leaves Tossed in Natto

  1. Shred chrysanthemum leaves, briefly parboil in boiling water with salt, drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. Cut into 1 cm lengths.
  3. Put natto in a bowl, add the ingredients and mix.
  4. Add the chrysanthemum, toss, then serve.
