Sweet Avocado Cream

• 4 ripe, yet firm, avocados, peeled, pitted Target 10 ea For $10.00 thru 02/06
• 1/4 cup superfine sugar
• 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1. Place avocados in food processor or blender container; cover.
2. Process until pureed.
3. Add sugar and lime juice; cover.
4. Process until well blended.
5. (Mixture should have yogurt-like consistency.)
6. Add sour cream, 1 Tbsp.
7. at a time, through feed tube at top of food processor, processing until well blended after each addition.
8. Pour into eight individual dessert dishes or one large serving dish.
9. Serve immediately.
10. Garnish with lime slices dipped in superfine sugar, if desired.
