Vegetable Lasagna Curls Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles 8 to 10 min till tender but hard.
  3. Drain, rinse, keep in cool water till needed.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients except sauce and cheese in a small bowl.
  5. Place about 1/4 c. of mix on each noodle.
  6. Roll up noodle to enclose filling.
  7. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray.
  8. Place rolls seam side down.
  9. Cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Bake 20 min, covered.
  11. Remove cover and bake 20 min more.
  12. Makes 6 servings.
