Bar-B-Q Hamburger
- 1-1/2 lbs (.7 kg). ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cup (225 ml) ketcup
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) mustard
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vinegar
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) sugar (more or less as you like it)
- hamburger buns
- Brown chuck, onion, and green pepper; drain.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for 1 hour, stirring often.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
