Sausage Balls

• 1 pound sausage, bulk hot or mild
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, very old, sharp grated
• 3 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 13 cup water

1. Combine all ingredients and shape into balls the size of walnuts.
2. Bake on cookie sheet at 350F (180C) for 15 minutes.
3. Makes about 5 dozen.
