Creamy Kohlrabi Slaw Recipe

• 6 med. kohlrabi, peeled & shredded
• 1 c. (2 med.) shredded carrots
• 1/2 c. sliced celery
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/4 c. French dressing
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 tbsp. sliced green onions
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients.
2. Cover - chill 2 hrs or possibly till ready to serve.
3. Yields 4 c..
