Sweet 'N Saucy Turkey Sandwiches

• 1/3 cup HEINZ Chili Sauce
• 2 Tbsp. plus 1-1/2 tsp. grape jelly
• 2 Tbsp. water
• 1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
• 6 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
• 1 Tbsp. CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish

1. Combine chili sauce, jelly and water in medium saucepan; cook on medium heat 3 min.
2. or until jelly is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
3. Add turkey; toss to coat.
4. Cook 2 min.
5. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
6. Spoon turkey mixture onto bottom halves of buns; top with relish.
7. Cover with tops of buns.
