Sausage
- 1/4 tsp Dried Sage
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 pinch of marjoram
- 5 oz Ground pork
- In a small bowl combine the sage, pepper, marjoram, ans sugar
- Place pork in a large bowl and mix well with spices.
- Form into patties.
- Saute patties in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 160F.
