Sausage

  1. In a small bowl combine the sage, pepper, marjoram, ans sugar
  2. Place pork in a large bowl and mix well with spices.
  3. Form into patties.
  4. Saute patties in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 160F.
