Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Sausages

  1. Fry sausage halves over medium high heat until both sides of each browned (~5-10mins)
  2. Remove from heat, place each half rounded side down, place 1 slice of cheese then spoon 1 tbsp of salsa over 4 of the halves, top with another slice of havarti and place the other half on top
  3. Wrap each sausauge with 2 strips of bacon (wrap in opposite directions tightly) secure with toothpicks
  4. Fry over medium heat until bacon is cooked to desired crispness on all sides (~ 15-20mins) serve with desired side(s), enjoy!
