Three Bean Chili
- 15 12 ounces s&w chili beans (pinto beans, peppers, onion & garlic in tomato sauce)
- 15 78 ounces bush's great northern beans
- 15 ounces ortega black beans
- 10 ounces rotel (diced with green chilies)
- 1 34 ounces french's chili seasoning mix (chili-o original)
- 1 lb ground round, browned and drained
- 34-1 cup water
- fritos scoops corn chips
- finely shredded cheddar cheese
- Combine 3 cans of beans with rotel, do not drain the beans or the rotel.
- Stir in seasoning mix, mix well.
- Add browned ground round and water.
- Bring to a slow boil.
- Serve hot with Fritos Scoops and finely shredded cheddar cheese.
