Crispy Roast Chicken with Sweet Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Coat chicken with coating mix; place in 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Bake 30 min.
  4. Meanwhile, prick each potato several times with fork.
  5. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min.
  6. or just until sliceable but not soft.
  7. Cut into spears; toss with dressing and cheese.
  8. Add potatoes to pan with chicken.
  9. Bake 30 min.
  10. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F) and potatoes are tender.
