Pineapple Orange Sunshine Cake Recipe
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1 (11 ounce.) mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) pkg. filling mix (Jello cheesecake)
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream (1 c.)
- 1 (9 ounce.) Cold Whip
- Combine cake mix, Large eggs, veg.
- oil, and oranges (liquid removed).
- Mix at medium speed for 2 min.
- Pour into three (9 inch) cake pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees till done.
- Cold.
- Combine pineapple, sugar, filling mix, and lowfat sour cream.
- Stir till thick, mix in Cold Whip.
- Spread between layers, on sides and top of cake.
- Keep in refrigerator till eaten.
