Citrus Dill Lobster Roll
- 1 french style baguette
- 10 -12 ounces fresh lobster meat
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 ounces fresh dill
- 12 lime, juiced
- 14 lemon, juiced
- 1 pinch salt
- french ground black pepper
- lettuce (optional)
- Slice the baguette 3/4 of the way through; remove the inside from the top half of he baguette, leaving it hollow.
- Mix lobster, mayonnaise, dill, citrus juices, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Spon onto the bottom half of the baguette.
- Top with lettuce, if desired.
- Cut and serve.
