Strawberry and Brie Crostini
- 1 pound French Bread, Cut Into Thin Slices
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 6 pieces (about 0.6 Oz. Size) Creamy Brie Wedges
- 1 pound Driscoll's Strawberries, Cut Into Thin Slices
- 4 Tablespoons Balsamic Glaze, For Drizzling
- Set oven to medium broil setting.
- Place bread slices on a large baking pan.
- Lightly drizzle with honey and toast bread under broiler until just browned.
- Remove from oven and spread 1 teaspoon Brie onto each slice of bread.
- Place 3-4 strawberry slices on top of Brie and repeat with remaining bread slices.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
