Roof Garden

• Ice
• 3 ounces lychee nectar or juice
• 2 ounces vodka
• 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Simple Syrup

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the thyme and sugar.
2. Add the vodka, lemon juice, Simple Syrup and ice and shake well.
3. Strain into a highball glass over ice, top with the club soda and garnish with the mint sprig.
