Popeye's Biscuits Recipe

• 2 c. biscuit mix
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. 7-Up

1. Cut lowfat sour cream into biscuit mix, add in 7-Up.
2. Makes a very soft dough.
3. Sprinkle additional biscuit mix on board or possibly table and pat dough out.
4. Heat 1/4 c. butter in a 9 inch square pan.
5. Place cut biscuits in pan and bake at 450 degrees till golden.
