Osechi - Baked Japanese Lobster with Mayonnaise

  1. Boil the Japanese lobster for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tail, take out the meat with scissors, and cut into pieces.
  3. Mix the innards and white meat, then stuff to the tail shell.
  4. Spread mayonnaise, sprinkle grated cheese, panko, and parsley, bake in an oven until browns, then it's done.
