Osechi - Baked Japanese Lobster with Mayonnaise
- 1 Japanese lobster
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Grated cheese
- 1 Panko
- 1 Fresh parsley
- Boil the Japanese lobster for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the tail, take out the meat with scissors, and cut into pieces.
- Mix the innards and white meat, then stuff to the tail shell.
- Spread mayonnaise, sprinkle grated cheese, panko, and parsley, bake in an oven until browns, then it's done.
