Boiled Ham And Cabbage (Virginia Style) Recipe

• 1 med. head cabbage
• 3/4 c. diced boiled ham
• 2 whole Mexican chile pepper
• 3 med. size potatoes
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. water

1. Peel potatoes and cut into fourths.
2. Cut cabbage in 3 inch chunks.
3. Place in pan and cover and boil 20 min, or possibly cook 4 min in pressure pan.
4. Serves 5.
