Make Your Own Meat Sauce!

  1. Chop the onion and shiitake mushrooms.
  2. Finely chop the carrot.
  3. Cut the garlic clove in half and crush with the side of your knife.
  4. Take out the sprout in the middle.
  5. Put the step 1 vegetables and olive oil in a deep pan, and simmer-fry over low heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Mix from the bottom occasionally with a spatula.
  7. Add ground meat and mix well.
  8. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  9. Add the ingredients and cook over low heat for another 20 minutes.
  10. Stir occassionally with a spatula.
  11. Add the ingredients and adjust the seasoning.
  12. When the sauce has reduced and is shiny, it's done.
  13. Pour generously on top of pasta and enjoy!
