Baked Game Hens

• 4 Cornish hens
• 1 apple, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 14 cup butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

1. Stuff apple and onion slices loosely in cavity of game hens.
2. Put hens on a rack in shallow baking pan.
3. Mix butter and soy sauce.
4. Brush on hens.
5. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 60 minutes, or until juices run clear.
6. Baste occasionally.
