Pea & Mint Mash

  1. Cook peas in a saucepan of boiling water for 7 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Place peas, butter and mint in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a heatproof bowl and add the cream and nutmeg.
  5. Stir until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
