Easy Glazed Acorn Squash

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Pierce squash with sharp knife; place on microwaveable plate.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 2 min.
  4. ; cool 2 min.
  5. Meanwhile, mix sugar and dressing until well blended.
  6. Cut each squash lengthwise in half, remove seeds.
  7. Then cut each half into 4 slices.
  8. Place in large bowl.
  9. Add dressing mixture; toss to evenly coat.
  10. Place, cut-sides down, on foil-covered baking sheet.
  11. Bake 45 min.
  12. or until squash is tender, turning after 25 min.
