Easy Glazed Acorn Squash
- 2 acorn squash
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Pierce squash with sharp knife; place on microwaveable plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 min.
- ; cool 2 min.
- Meanwhile, mix sugar and dressing until well blended.
- Cut each squash lengthwise in half, remove seeds.
- Then cut each half into 4 slices.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add dressing mixture; toss to evenly coat.
- Place, cut-sides down, on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 45 min.
- or until squash is tender, turning after 25 min.
