Green Creme De Mint Brownies Recipe
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 16 ounce. can Hershey's chocolate
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix first 7 ingredients and pour in greased 9x13 inch pan.
- Bake for 25 min.
- Make the Creme de Mint Icing by beating ingredients together.
- Spread the Creme de Mint Icing on the cake while slightly hot (not warm).
- Let cold.
- Make the Chocolate Icing by melting the chips and butter together.
- Spread the Chocolate Icing over the Creme de Mint Icing.
