Melblue Smoothie
- 2 cups cantaloupes, large diced
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 8 ounces blueberry yogurt
- soymilk, as needed
- Place cantelope, blueberries, and yogurt in blender.
- Blend on low speed.
- Add soymilk, as needed, to obtain your personal smoothie consistency.
- We found that we didn't need additional liquid, as the cantelope supplied enough for us.
