Slimmed-Down Cranberry Sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) bag cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 12 cup Splenda granular
- 1 teaspoon ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 12 orange, peel from the orange
- In 2-3 quart saucepan combine cranberries, water, Splenda, ginger, sinnamon stick and peel from half an orange.
- Heat to boiling on high then,
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer 2 minutes.
