Halloween Cat Eyes JIGGLERS

• 3/4 cup boiling tonic water
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 2 pkg. (85 g each) Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder
• 4 seedless red grapes, each cut into 6 wedges Target 1 lb For $2.99 thru 02/06

1. Spray 24 mini muffin pan cups with cooking spray.
2. Slowly add tonic water, then water to dry jelly powders in large bowl (jelly powders will foam); stir 3 min.
3. until completely dissolved.
4. Skim off any foam.
5. Spoon 1 tsp.
6. jelly mixture into each of 24 mini muffin pan cups.
7. Place grape wedge in centre of each cup.
8. Refrigerate 5 min.
9. Spoon remaining jelly mixture over grapes.
10. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
11. Unmold just before serving.
