Caramel Crunch Ice Cream

• 1 liter vanilla caramel-swirl ice cream
• 125 g butternut snap biscuits
• 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 80 g dry roasted pecans, Chopped
• waffle cone (To serve)

1. Place the ice cream in a bowl.
2. Set aside to soften.
3. Stir in biscuits , cinnamon and pecans.
4. Return Ice cream to freezer till firm.
