Unfried Green Tomatoes
- 2 large green tomatoes
- 12 cup panko Japanese-style bread crumbs
- 12 cup crushed Fiber One cereal
- garlic salt
- pepper
- 12 cup buttermilk
- Heat oven AND cookie sheet @ 425.
- Mix crumbs, fiber one, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour buttermilk into a different bowl.
- Slice tomatoes to desired thickness, I sliced mine about 1/3" thick.
- Dip tomatoes in milk, dip in breadcrumbs and place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
