Sea Shell Chowder Recipe

  1. In large saucepan or possibly Dutch oven, cook onion and garlic in butter till golden brown.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients, except shells; cook over medium heat, stirring till soup is warm and cheese has melted (don't boil).
  3. Stir in cooked shells; heat through.
  4. Makes about 2 qts.
