Super Loaded Nacho Pizzas
- 2 (10 ounce) packages Boboli pizza crusts
- 1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) packageshredded taco cheese
- 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
- 6 cups nacho cheese flavor Doritos (from 16 oz pkg)
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) cansliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup Cheez Whiz (from 15 oz jar)
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 scallions, sliced, 1/2 c
- guacamole, and fresh cilantro (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Place pizza crusts on two baking sheets.
- Spread each crust with about 2 1/2 tablespoons taco sauce, then 1/4 cup taco cheese.
- Toss beans with remaining taco sauce.
- Dividing equally, top pizzas with bean mixture, tortilla chips and olives.
- Stir remaining 1 cup taco cheese into cheez whiz; drizzle over pizzas.
- Sprinkle with tomato.
- Bake until hot and bubbly, 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle with scallions.
- If desired, garnish with guacamole and cilantro.
