Hutespot (Boiled Dinner)

• 2 lbs pork loin
• 1 cup leek
• 2 cups celery
• 1 onion
• salt
• pepper
• 3 lbs potatoes
• 1 cup carrot
• 1 cup turnip
• 1 small savoy cabbage
• 2 quarts water

1. brown meat.
2. add to large pot with water.
3. cut veggies unto chunks and add to pot.
4. bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer 1 hour.
