Updated Cobb Salad
- 50-50 iceberg-romaine lettuce blend
- 1-1/2 qt. grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 qt. roasted red peppers, cut into strips
- 1 doz. hard-cooked eggs, peeled, quartered
- 1 qt. avocados, large diced
- 3 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 3 cups Serrano ham, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 cups crumbled blue cheese
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
- For each salad: Place 6 oz.
- lettuce blend in bottom of serving bowl.
- Top with rows of 3 oz.
- each chicken breast and peppers, 1 quartered egg, 2 oz.
- each avocados, tomatoes and ham, and 1 oz.
- cheese.
- Serve with 1 oz.
- dressing in ramekin on the side.
