Updated Cobb Salad

  1. For each salad: Place 6 oz.
  2. lettuce blend in bottom of serving bowl.
  3. Top with rows of 3 oz.
  4. each chicken breast and peppers, 1 quartered egg, 2 oz.
  5. each avocados, tomatoes and ham, and 1 oz.
  6. cheese.
  7. Serve with 1 oz.
  8. dressing in ramekin on the side.
