Summer Squash Bake

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
  3. Add zucchini and yellow squash; cook and stir 5 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Beat eggs and dressing in large bowl with whisk until well blended.
  6. Stir in Parmesan.
  7. Add zucchini mixture and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  8. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.
  9. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  10. or until center is set and edges are lightly browned.
