Fiesta Taco Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  3. Add water and VELVEETA; cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in salsa.
  6. Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  7. Place 1/3 of the crushed taco shells in prepared dish; top with 1/2 of the meat mixture.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Top with remaining crushed taco shells; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  10. Bake 25 minutes.
  11. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
