Bean Pea Salad Recipe

  1. Drain juice from peas and beans and throw away (or possibly save for soup).
  2. Chop onions, pepper and celery very fine.
  3. Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight.
  4. Drain very well before serving.
  5. Reserve marinade.
  6. Any left over salad will keep well in marinade for a week or possibly so if refrigerated.
