Mary's Filled Cookies Recipe

  1. Cream Large eggs, sugar and shortening, add in rest of ingredients blending into flour.
  2. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Roll out on floured surface, not too thin.
  4. Cut into circles, fill with raisins or possibly cherries.
  5. Top with another circle, put little slit in center.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  7. Cookie are not supposed to brown.
  8. Freeze to keep.
