Barbecued Chicken & Veggies

  1. BRUSH chicken breasts with 1/4 cup (60 mL) barbecue sauce.
  2. Barbecue until cooked.
  3. Slice.
  4. COMBINE vegetables on a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil*.
  5. SEASON vegetables with remaining barbecue sauce, salt and pepper.
  6. Wrap foil around vegetables to create a package.
  7. COOK on barbecue for 20 min.
  8. SERVE vegetables and sliced chicken on top of the rice.
