Almond Granola Bars Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and add in to dry mix.
  4. Mix till all ingredients are moistened.
  5. Press mix into a rectangular shape 7 inches wide and nine inches long.
  6. (Wet hands or possibly use one hand and a damp spoon.)
  7. Bake about 12 min.
  8. Remove from oven and cut into 16 bars using a sharp knife.
  9. Separate bars slightly and return to oven for 3 to 5 min more.
  10. The browner the bottom of the bars, the crisper they will be when cold.
  11. The edges will crumble slightly when cut - set aside for a snack.
  12. Remove to a wire rack to cold.
