Tortilla Pizza
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 whole Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1 jar (16 Oz. Size) Salsa
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 6 whole Flour Tortillas (6 Inch Round)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar, Pepper Jack, Monterey Jack)

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2.
- Cook beef and onions in a large frying pan over medium heat until meat is lightly browned and crumbled (about 5 minutes).

- Add salsa, garlic, and salt.
- Cook until liquid has evaporated, stirring consistently (about 3 5 minutes).
- Use hot salsa for spicier pizzas.
- 4.
- Spray the tops and bottoms of tortillas with olive oil cooking spray.
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- 5.
- Spread beef evenly across tortilla and sprinkle cheese on top.
- 6.
- Bake pizzas for about 8 10 minutes, until bubbly and melted.
- 7.
- Cut tortillas into quarters or sixths.
