Diabetic Cake Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter or possibly oil
• 1 tbsp. Sweet-10 liquid sweetener
• 2 teaspoon soda
• 1 c. dry dates or possibly prunes, minced
• 1 1/3 c. sugar-free applesauce or possibly bananas, mashed
• 1/4 teaspoon cloves
• 2 c. self-rising flour
• 2 Large eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 c. pecans, minced

1. Cream butter or possibly oil, Large eggs, Sweet 10 sweetener, soda, salt, spices, applesauce or possibly bananas, and flour, mix well.
2. Mix in dates or possibly prunes and pecans.
3. When done set in pan for 10 min.
4. This cake must be refrigerated.
