Allison's Bread Pudding
- 1 (36 count) package rolls (Sam's 36 CT Dinner Rolls they are the ones that are joined together or any other soft yeast roll)
- 3 cups 2% milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter (Melted)
- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 liter egg
- Cut rolls into bit size pieces, mix milk, cream, and 1 T of the vanilla together and add to bread.
- Mix well.
- Let soak 10-15 Minutes.
- Mix sugar, vanilla, eggs, and spices together.
- Combine with bread mixture.
- Mix Well.
- Melt butter in 13X9 baking dish, add bread mixture and bake 350 for 45-60 minute.
- Sauce:.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add the vanilla and egg.
- Mix well.
- Place mixture in saucepan and heat until sauce is warm about 5 minute Serve over warm pudding.
- Do not try to make this sauce without creaming the butter and sugar it will NOT work!
