Honey Walnut Prawns
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Walnut Halves
- 1 pound Large Prawns/shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 1 whole Egg White
- 1/2 cups Cornstarch
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 Tablespoons Condensed Milk
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- Oil, For Frying

- In a small saucepan, mix water and sugar and bring to a boil.
- Add walnuts and boil for 2 minutes.
- When done, remove pan from heat, drain off the water and place walnuts on a baking sheet to dry.

- Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Put the shrimp in a bowl.
- Beat the egg white in a small bowl and mix well with the prawns/shrimps.
- Then coat each prawn/shrimp with a thick layer of cornstarch.
- Then put shrimp into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the prawns/shrimps from the pan and drain on paper towels.

- In a medium sized bowl bowl, stir together mayonnaise, honey, condensed milk and lemon juice.
- Add shrimp and toss with the mayonnaise mixture.
- Add walnuts and serve.
